Setting up for your event / meeting / conference.
If people can't hear what's being said... what's the point in talking.
Choosing the correct site location, checking for tele-coil interference,
room use and layout is critical for hearing success.
Prior to any meeting/event:
Site Location:
Check for excessive environmental noise from airports, trains, radio towers, etc.   Check for good room acoustics.
Confirm that other events planned for that date will not cause excessive noise during your planned meeting dates.

Check for Telecoil and Interference:
Walk all around the room/s while using your telecoil with an R-31, switch channels on the back from; "ch 1 to ch 2" to test for tele-coil and channel interference from interior lighting, electrical equipment, hotel walkie-talkies, outside interference, etc.
