• March 2001. Provided Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), Systems and Demonstrations for the Cal Ed/IMPACT: (Calif Educators/Parents, Teachers and Professionals for Deaf and Hard of Hearing children) Convention.

• February 2001. Provided ALDs, & Systems  for the SHHH (Self Help for Hard of Hearing People) CA State Conference.

• January 2001. Updated, revised and printed the Hearing Resources "Beginners Guide" Catalog for 2001 to include: The American with Disabilities Act, Assistive Listening Devices, Systems and Accessories specifically for hard of hearing people.

• January 2001. Established new toll free telephone number:
1-866 hearpros or 1 866 432-7776.

• Throughout the year 2000. Continued providing demonstrations of Assistive Listening Devices for individuals, places of employment, education, classrooms, auditoriums. Places of entertainment, tours & events. Places of worship, senior centers, hospitals, etc.

• Assisted the planning committee for the upcoming SHHH CA conference in making their board meetings hearing accessible.

• Special demonstrations for Fire, Safety and Health Fairs,    * Vocational Rehabilitation, *  Theatres, and tours, *  Deaf and Hard of Hearing Awareness  Days for schools..

• Created ALD Catalog 2000, offering Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), Systems and Accessories,  discounts, demonstrations and information.

• Provided Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) and information for "Acoustical Barriers in the Classroom; American Academy of Dispensing Audiologist, San Diego..

• Provided ALD’s for special fund raising event at the Pageant of the Masters.

• Special Demonstration of ALD's for closed circuit TV for Leisure World in Laguna Woods.

• Interviewed on Talk Radio 830am TALK KPLS, Catholic Family Radio.

• January 2000. Established new web site presence:

1990-1999

• Provided Assistive Listening Systems and Devices for the:
Art & Soul Festival; Westin Bonaventure Hotel, Los Angeles.
Cal/Ed IMPACT Convention; Westin LA Airport Hotel.
House Ear Instiute & SHHH "Research Symposium"; Doubletree Hotel                  Pasadena.

• Continuing demonstrations at various education, organization, clubs, groups and institutions.

• Sponsored & organized in 1998 the Second "Sail for Hard of Hearing People", plus the Hearing Accessible narrated story and tour of the famous tallship "THE PILGRIM".

• Provide information, demonstrations and assistive listening devices and systems in 1997 for organizations, business, and individuals in:. Seminars, workshops, conventions and conferences, hearing health care professionals, places of worship, schools, colleges, senior centers, youth groups, State Department of Rehabilitation, Technology and Persons with Disabilities, Department of Education, etc.

• Participated on various speaker and advisory boards including:. City of Irvine Speakers Bureau, Panelist for "Self-Employment of the Enterprising Disabled." (S.E.E.D.), Panelist for Parent/Student/Education Forum.

• Co-chairperson for the 1996 California’s State Self Help for Hard of Hearing People;SHHH Convention, a nonprofit organization.

• Professional member in the National Self Help for Hard of Hearing People.

• Served; California Self Help for Hard of Hearing People State Board of Trustees..

• Past Public Relations Board Member for local hard of hearing people support group. Increased mailings from 35 to more than 500, and introduced bulk mail..

• Promoted the first sailing event; "Sail for Hard of Hearing People" May 1994. Hard of Hearing people from around California came together to have fun and increase hearing awareness through news publicity and large SHHH signs displayed on the sailing vessels.

• Revised and updated a 106 page manual, "Hearing Loss Resources", 1994 for professionals, colleges, libraries, individuals, etc.

• For a fun and informative 3-day weekend in 1992, coordinated 60 volunteers for the Orange County festival and included clowns and a magician. Created an "EQUAL ACCESS TO COMMUNICATION" extra large booth for an opportunity to introduce ourselves as hard of hearing people and some special equipment available. (Devices demonstrated were: open, closed and real-time captioning, infrared system, alerting devices, TTY’s, etc. and information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• In 1991, Formed a group of advocates (The magnificant seven) for speaking engagements at various clubs to assist in the understanding between the community and people experiencing a hearing loss.

• In 1990, after 2 years of research compiled the first comprehensive "Hearing Impaired Directory for Orange County". Provided to individuals,  local colleges, libraries, hearing healthcare providers, psychological services, etc
