- Q How has your R31 helped you hear TV better.
- A. Usually it's background noise or
simply the air space causing most hearing understanding challenges. We know they
were saying something, we just don't know what it was. The R-31's personal
microphone allows extended listening ability by connecting the personal
microphone to a listening extension cord then place the
microphone close to the TV speaker. You can also use the FM side to hear
with your own T32 FM transmitter

- Q. Hearing in an automobile.
- A. To hear over engine noise, traffic noise, and wind
noise, clip the microphone to the other persons collar, as close as possilbe to their
mouth making sure the microphone is pointed directly towards their mouth. By the
way, you can connect a "Y" cord to hear people in the front seat and
the back seat.

- Q. What are the FM channel frequencies available.
- A. The Personal FM channels available for the R-31
Receiver and the T-32 Transmitter are wide-band channels; this means you
don't have to send the unit back to the factory to change the channels. Wide
band channels range from 72.1 MHz to 75.8 MHz. For easy channel access the back of
the R-31's slide channels default are: CH 1 (E) 72.9 and CH 2 (G) 75.7.
The Receiver channels must match the FM Transmitter channel to hear.
