for loan to you to use at no charge.

- If you work in a small business, you may be eligible for special
equipment at your work site. (1) Workplace with less than 5 telephone lines or
14 or fewer full time employees.

- Additional equipment: A louder ringer to
make it easier to hear the phone ring, or a visable signal that flashes
when the phone rings, an amplifier to make your callers' voices sound
louder, or a TTY to see the words.

- California Relay Service.allows anyone
using a TTY to communicate by phone with anyone who does not use a TTY. The service
also works in reverse allowing a hearing person without a TTY to call a TTY user.
Trained personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist with your
calls. There is no extra charge to use the relay service
